Shri Devi Chand Memorial Charitable Society embarked upon the noble cause of providing higher education in field of Engineering & Management and thus started LDC Institute of Technical Studies in the year 2007.

The institute features a perfect blend of four basic ingredients of contemporary education system viz. Infrastructure, Faculty, Students and Curriculum. The campus comprises of Hostels, Workshop, Academic Block and Administrative Block and well ventilated and aesthetically designed spacious class rooms with all the supportive technical aids.

Cafeteria

The college has a stylish cafeteria in the campus, which can conveniently house 150 students and staff at a time. Besides, the lawns provide a wonderful ambience for outside eating. A perfect place for the students to unwind, the cafeteria serves multi cuisine gourmet to satisfy the pallet of people with varied tastes.

Hostel

The College has a three storey hostel for boys in campus, amidst plush green lawns. The rooms are spacious, well lit and adequately equipped with furnitures, which makes the stay comfortable. The hostel has all modern day amenities like 100% power backup, in house telephone, internet services, sports & recreational facilities. It also includes a large dining hall and common room for audio visual entertainment and reading facilities. The sports facilities include cricket, hockey, football, basketball, volleyball, badminton and some indoor games such as table tennis, carom, chess etc.

Medical Facilities

First aid and elementary medical facilities are available in the hostel through a qualified doctor. In case of emergency, student is taken to the nearest medical practitioner/ hospital for which a van is available 24 hrs on campus and the local guardian is duly informed.

Sports Facilities

The institute gives a lot of importance to the physical & mental development of the students, a wide range of sports facilities are available in campus . The outdoor facilities include football and cricket fields, basketball, volleyball and badminton courts and an indoor recreation hall for table tennis, chess, and carom etc. A well equipped Gym is also available with hostel.

Library

The library offers students an excellent selection of books and magazines on all the branches of engineering, basic sciences, professional communication and management. It has more than 30,000 books & audio-visual learning resources. The center is digitized with computerized Issue & Return of books, computer-assisted search of learning resources and Open-Access System. It has facility for Internet and Del-Net. Library subscribes to about 100 National & International Journals.
